Seven Weeks Old
5/5/2024 - This week I sent out photos and videos to families individually since all puppy picks have been completed. Yesterday we did a really fun kiddie pool day--it was super hot outside but they loved running around and had their official meeting with the Bernese litter. The excitement of meeting new friends was really sweet to watch and they all got along beautifully. Monday they were examined by our veterinarian which went really well. In this final week we will continue working on their finishing training and receive their 8 week old vaccinations (5-way / DAPPv). If you haven't already finalized a pickup day and time please reach out, we are so excited for you to meet your fur-babies!
4/27/2024 - Such a fun week with these little nuggets! They're at such a great age and have been a joy. They were dewormed again on 4/23 and got fresh baths today. This week is a big one for me with their puppy culture curriculum--we will play some educational games to get their minds working, really hone in on teaching manding (sitting for attention instead of jumping/being super vocal), and will begin introducing them more to crates as individuals. Potty training is also going really well and they're excellent at using their designated area.

4/18/2024 - On 4/16 the puppies got their first vaccinations and it went perfectly. They've been so social and fun this week romping around outside and having so much fun. They got a bath just yesterday and enjoyed it (what golden doesn't like water?). Please reach out to me via text if you'd like to set up a visit to meet them starting April 23rd.

4/10/2024 - Puppies were dewormed again today and got to go outside and play. They weren't too adventurous and mostly laid in the sun to nap together. Week four is one of my favorites because they're still sweet little babies but have also grown enough to play around and be silly.

4/2/2024 - Spring inspired names for this little golden litter--or at least what Google considers spring-themed, don't ask. This week puppies got their first baths, they enjoyed being put on their backs and having warm water run on their bellies--most started to doze off. They're beginning to find their little voices and soon their personalities will start to emerge. They're all growing wonderfully and Darla continues to be the best mom imaginable.

3/26/2024: Happy two weeks to Darla's 9 babies. We dewormed today and microchipped them. The puppies all have their eyes open just a touch and have started trying to learn to get their feet underneath them to walk.
